Today here in Wananga time we thought of are conflicts and how are we gonna react to it.
Some times when your really mad u just wanna say something offensive to the person that u are mad at.U can try and not say something offensive by ignoring it or by taking deep breaths.U can also walk away and find a friend that u can talk to or u can also smile because smiling can help u to not be so mad to somebody.And u can listen to music so u can take away your anger and just relax.
