Mindfulness

                                Welcome back to my blog 

Ki Ora readers
Today were doing mindfulness for 10 minutes. If  you dont know  what mindfulness Is, Its about keeping your self Into a green  brain,
Its like making your self calm we have to pick what to do for ten minutes , And I pick to listen to music for ten minutes cause that's how I make my self to calm.

Feelings in mindfulness
*Relax
*Sleepy 
*Dreamy 
*Tired
*Satisfied

What i keep my self calm 
*Painting 
*Guitar 
*Drawing 
*Listen to music 


 You can pick to.
*Listen to music 
* Drawing 
*Colouring
*Read a book 
*Board games

The reason i do this so i can  keep my mood in the right place in the school,I hope you like it!
