Aim:
I would like to find out if milk really does help does help to reduce the burn from the hot sauce.
Research:
Here is the video of people reacting to the chilli sauce and the science of chilli.
Method:
- Hot sauce
- Toothpick
- Stopwatch
Instructions:
- Gather all of your equipment's.
- Dip the toothpick in the hot sauce.
- Suck the hot sauce off the toothpick.
- Start timing
- Stop the timer when the burn stops.
Results:
The chilli sauce was really burning my taste buds, and when I first tasted it it wasn't that spicy but then it started to be.
Coke - it went away at 1:20, it really depends on how much hot sauce you eat.
Water - It dosent really remove the burning off the tongue. 1:46
Milk - the milk was the fastest to remove the burn from the hot sauce and it went away at 1:02
