Aim: I want to find out on how to make sherbet.
Research: A clip on how to make sherbet.
Method:
Equipment:
- Icing sugar and Raro
- A container/ and other sort of container
- Citric Acid Tartaric Acid
- Baking powder
- Popsicle stick for mixing
- Teaspoon
Instructions:
- Get all of your equipment ready.
- Add one teaspoon of sugar/taro to the cup.
- Add half a teaspoon of acid to the cup.
- And half a teaspoon of baking powder to the cup.
- Mix with the stick.
- Taste the sherbet, and adjust the flavour.
Results:
What happens in the cup? When I mixed all of it the powder turned pinkish and there wasn't any reaction.
What happens in your mouth? When I tasted the Sherbet it fizzed inside my mouth while it was dissolving and it tasted really good.
